Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the provider has begun execution of the contract after the customer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the customer has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal by giving their consent upon the start of the execution of the contract.
Notice Regarding Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods or digital content that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
This applies in particular to personalized jingles created with the name of an attraction, ride, or business.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments we have received from you will be refunded immediately and no later than 14 days.
Since our products are provided exclusively in digital format, the return of physical goods is not required.
Special Note
For digital content (downloads) and personalized jingles, the execution of the contract begins immediately after purchase. By giving your consent before completing the order, you forfeit your right of withdrawal.
